Provides good storage, but loading things can take a while. If only I knew more about PCs at the time we got the laptop.

Kind of slow, to be brutally honest. Boot times for Windows 10 is okay, but you really should opt for a 7.2k RPM drive or a SSD, even. App loading speeds are acceptable once caches start to pile up.

On my Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 320) it was VERY slow (it's the built in HDD) as I switched to an SSD it felt like a brand new Laptop. The HDD barely even could open the explorer without not responding or right-clicking on the desktop will freeze it for some seconds.
